Experience and history of Stipe Painting

Stipe Painting was founded by its owner Rob Stipe in 2001. Rob discovered his love of painting at age 14, when he began helping his Uncle Tim paint the exterior of a house. The next couple summers Rob helped his uncle complete three homes. He also began hanging wallpaper and painting with his father Steve.

Rob continued working seasonally in the trades until 1995, when he graduated from Marion L. Steele High School in Amherst, Ohio. He returned to the trades full-time in the spring of 1996. Rob worked with other paint contractors, and after three years began running crews and taking on supervisory responsibilities. While he enjoyed his work, Rob held himself to higher standards and wanted to create an environment for employees to excel, and where quality is priority. With a few hand tools and a borrowed ladder, Stipe Painting was born, and has grown considerably over the years.

Rob has built a substantial base of satisfied customers. It has been mainly by word of mouth that Stipe Painting has grown. This means so very much to us at Stipe Painting because it has been the support of family, friends, and loyal customers that enables us to realize our goals. With the help of these people and our dedicated staff, Stipe Painting continues to grow and raise the bar in the painting industry.
